The Amwell Valley Fire Company held it's Annual Golf Classic at The Ridge at Back Brook this Monday. The number of players increased over last year, and everyone could tell, because the competition really heated up among the three different flights.

Awards were given out during dinner for the top three finishers of each flight as well as longest drive and two closest to the pin holes. A pot of gold award was also paid, with half of the contributions going to the winners and half to the Fire Company.

The number of sponsors also increased, bringing the net amount raised up from last year as well. This event continues to be one of the largest fundraising events the Company holds throughout the year and it couldn't happen with the support of all the sponsors and players. Thank you!
